To get the full Bedtime Hero Candle experience, allow the candle to fully pool to ensure the wax burns evenly.

• Light this candle 1 hour before bed to allow the fragrance to fill the room.
• Meanwhile, soak in a warm bath with the Bedtime Hero Bath Foam to relax and prepare for a good night’s sleep.
• As you inhale the relaxing fragrance, practice mindful breathing techniques…breathe in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds.
• Burn for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4. Trim the wicks before every use no shorter than 1 cm.
