Simply fill the tank with water, being careful not to exceed the maximum level, then add 5-10 drops of your chosen NEOM Wellbeing Essential Oil Blend. Simply gorgeous

"My husband bought this for me after I chose it as a Christmas gift. It was quite expensive so I was reluctant for him to spend so much however it was worth every penny. I've had a cheaper version in the past and it's not a patch on the Neom. The wellbeing pod will fit into any decor - its simple design is elegant and unobtrusive.The fragrances are gorgeous and you start to smell them almost immediately. I have a lounge-diner and the Neom scents the whole room within minutes. I'm looking forward to treating myself to more oils and possibly even another wellbeing pod for upstairs!"

Disappointed

"This product is great and the service was very good. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for my 2nd order, a mini pod starter pack which did not arrive on time with no update on the delivery or in my account on your web site. After 2 phone calls it was cancelled and re-ordered, again no sign that it was going to arrive on time so another 2 calls, one to chase it up and the 2nd to cancel the order. Yet another call over a week later to chase my refund. All of your service agents were very pleasant but unfortunately little or no action. Very disappointed, I had to order the same item from another supplier which arrived thr following day. The products are great but I won’t be ordering anything else from yourselves"

Does this have a timer.
Our Wellbeing Pod has different options and can be left on continuous until the liquid runs out or it has 3 settings for 1 hour, 2 hours or 3 hours timer settings.
