There are three easy ways to use your Essential Oil Blend...  

• Wellbeing Pods: Add 5-10 drops to your Wellbeing Pod, 30 drops to your Wellbeing Pod Luxe or screw the bottle into your Wellbeing Pod Mini for a continuous boost of natural fragrance.  
• In the bath: Add a few drops directly to your bath whilst the water is running to really supercharge your soak.    
• In the shower: Add a few drops in to your shower and let the oils release their 100% natural fragrance for the ultimate wellbeing experience.
