Q&A
- I cannot find online information about the ‘buttons’ on the Pod,(where are they?) - and it’s completely hit-or-miss whether I can turn misting on (light control is more controllable). I press to the side of the four bulb holes and nothing seems to happen so I play around, tapping and holding. I have no control over amount of time misting is set for. My Muji mister has buttons and came with instructions but Neom Pod did not.

- Does it have a continuous stream of vapour when turned on, or can you set it so it mists out in intervals? I've read the description but still not 100%, thank you!
- Hi Hannah, Thanks for your question. The Wellbeing Pod has different settings. You can set this to mist continuously or you can set it to mist for 1,2,3 or 4 hours before shutting off. I hope this helps! Love, NEOM x
- If you have a 10ml oil, how long does it last in this compared to using a 10ml in the mini pod
- Hi Kristie, Thank you for getting in touch. Our 10ml oils have approximately 200 drops in them, the estimated time they would last in our Wellbeing Pod depends on how many drops you use per time. In our Mini Pods a 10ml oil last up to 50 hours at the lowest intensity setting and 12.5 hours at the highest setting. I hope this helps! Love, NEOM x
