Horrendous experience & abysmal customer care

"I purchased from your company and found the entire experience horrendous. My purchase was for a birthday present. Despite ordering the products well un advance, the products were never delivered. I was a minimum of 2 months trying to chase this up and to find out what happened. Eventually I was told that the small gift packaging that I ordered was out of stock. This took weeks to get this update. I then asked for the products to be shipped without the gift bag however, the products still werent delivered. I had to get a refund and was never provided with an explanation as to what happened. I bought from you numerous times previously, never again."

I would like to buy 24 small bags that would be appropriate for the Neom travel candle. What is the size of this bag please? Is tissue paper provided with the bag?
Our small gift bags are 180mm x 82mm x 220mm. Tissue paper is not provided with the gift bags. NEOM x

We have small, medium and large bags available. The warehouse team will choose the best sized bag for the products in the rest of your order. NEOM X
