1. Switch your mood starting in the shower with Great Day Exfoliating Body Wash... Lather gently all over your body and massage into damp skin, taking a moment to inhale the 100% natural uplifting fragrance before rinsing thoroughly. For best results, use with a shower puff. 
2. Spray the Pro-Vitamin D3 Dry Body Oil directly onto the body and lightly massage into skin. This can be used as frequently as required and is suitable for daily use.
