1. Pour a capful of the Perfect Night's Sleep Bath Foam into running water and soak for at least 10 minutes. Breathe in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth for 11 to help you unwind.
2. Spritz the Perfect Night's Sleep Mist onto your body and above your pillow. Inhale the lavender scent (7 in, 11 out) and use nightly as you wind down.
