1. Begin in the shower with the Real Luxury Creamy Body Wash. Lather over damp skin and gently massage, taking a moment to inhale the calming 100% natural fragrance. Rinse thoroughly. For best results, use with a shower puff.
2. For the full Body Scrub experience, massage onto dry or damp skin, starting at the feet and gradually moving upwards in circular motions. Suitable for the whole body. As you massage, practise mindful breathing - in through your nose for 7 seconds and out slowly through your mouth for 11 seconds. Gently rinse away, then massage any remaining oils into the skin to help nourish and absorb all the goodness.
3. Finish with the Real Luxury Magnesium Body Butter. Apply daily, using approximately a heaped tablespoon and massaging all over the body. Continue your 7–11 breathing to deepen the moment of relaxation. Suitable for morning, noon or night.
