"I recently purchased a few items from NEOM and wanted to share my honest feedback. The essential oil had a pleasant aroma, but it didn’t quite match my expectations. More noticeably, the scent didn’t last very long and felt quite short lived. The hand cream (£25) has a beautiful, non-greasy texture, I’d rate that aspect 10/10. However, I was disappointed with the fragrance. It’s very subtle to the point where I could barely smell it, which contrasts with the strong reviews highlighting its aroma. In total, my order came to £75. While I appreciate the quality of the hand cream’s texture, I’m not sure I would repurchase overall given the lack of scent performance.
