"NEOM's customer service is absolutely fantastic, so I was really hoping to love this reed diffuser. Unfortunately, the fragrance throw is extremely weak. Unless you're standing right next to it with your nose near the bottle, there's very little scent in the room. I've followed all the recommendations—it's placed in a high-traffic area, away from direct sunlight and radiators, and I've been turning the reeds regularly—but it still doesn't seem to fill the space with fragrance. I had high hopes for this diffuser, especially as I'd heard it was one of the strongest scented options available. The fragrance itself is lovely, but sadly it's just not strong enough for me. If the scent throw were more powerful, this would be an amazing product. Unfortunately, based on my experience, it's a no from me."
