Begin your sleepy bedtime routine by lighting your Perfect Night's Sleep Scented Candle. Burn for a minimum of 2 hours and maximum of 4 hours, to allow the wax to pool and burn evenly

Massage 2 to 3 drops of Perfect Night's Sleep Face Oil into your face  - that's enough to use on your whole face.

Then cup your hands over your nose, and breathe in for 7 seconds, and out for 11 seconds.

Do this slowly, a few times. Use before bed only and avoid the eye area.
